I think that I have discovered the ultimate diet tip. Here it is: Eat SO MUCH of a single food you love, to the point that you make yourself so completely sick, that you can longer stand to look, think about, or smell that food any longer; just the thought alone of eating, or being in close proximity, of that food makes you want to hurl!
I can tell you this method has worked nicely for me over the past 2 weeks.
I ate such a huge bowl of popcorn, HUGE bowl of popcorn, and after 2 weeks I still cannot stomach the thought of, nor the smell of popcorn. Maybe if I hadn’t piled the bowl so high or used so much butter, or better yet, if I had not eaten the damned bowl all by myself (isn’t that what husbands are for)? But I did eat it all and I still feel sick when I think about popcorn. See, it works!
Next, I shall move on to a wider array of foods, such as chocolate candy, ice cream and carrot cake. In fact, maybe I'll try the express plan and just combine the 3 foods together to make myself sick at once. I'll never want those foods again. With the holiday here, this should be a piece of cake (and eat it too).
